What is Temporary Occupant?

Temporary Occupant is To Decay’s bi-monthly artist feature — a rotating space where one artist takes over, transforms the space, and leaves their unique imprint before the next one moves in.

Every second month, we invite 6 artists per year to showcase their work in this dedicated gallery slot. Painting, photography, sculpture, digital art, textile, installation — all styles and expressions are welcome. It’s not about fitting into a theme — it’s about bringing something honest, strange, beautiful, or bold into the space.
